SRAM X7 shifter - Sticking downshift thumb lever

The down shift lever on my SRAM X7 shifter (2010 model) is sticking. By taking it apart and cleaning and re-lubing, it's much better. also changed the cable and outer. However it's not 100%, still sticks occasionally.

The key seems to be how tight you do up the bolt the thumb lever and other mechanisms rotate round

Anyone got any tips/ideas on getting it back to full working order?

The only thing I would suggest is removing the plastic crosshead cap/rubber flap which you take out to replace the cable and spray some GT85 into the shifter body. I've done that before on numerous sticking/stiff shifters and it's sorted the problem right away.
