I have a Cube Analog Disc 2011.
How possible is it to swap over the components from this bike on to a FS frame?

take the bits off and fit the bits that will fit.

    parts that might not fit.
    headset.
    fork
    seat post
    seatpost clamp
    front mech
    BB
    cranks
    rear wheel

have fun working out what you have fitted to your bike and then finding a bike that the bits will fit to.

I'd probably be better off buying a FS bike fully built then. I'm not enough of a good bike mechanic to work all that out.

None of it is hard, but get the frame you want and fit what will fit, Forks are the only really expensive bit so if you want to carry them over get a frame that will take them.

Read the link in my sig to the HT to FS reframe we did for my sons bike (the RC20)
Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.
