Anyone know of any good ones? Not too technical as i haven't been MTBing long.

    Have you tried Lordswood?

Things disappear then get made all the time.

    Also Petersfield.

Get down in the New Forest. Shedloads of forest tracks and even the odd stony and short DH if u search around. Pleasant routes, nothing particularly technical, mostly flat with the odd short, sharp climb. Mates and i regularly ride routes ranging from 16m to 40m around Sway, Brockenhurst, Holmsley, Burley, Lyndhurst and Ringwood. Varied terrain, fun and certainly gets the fitness up...

Buy an OS map and work a route out, work another one out, ride them backwards, see what makes a good down and a good up and link them together - loads of good bridleways in the Alton area to follow, QEP if you want waymarked ease of use.

Queen Elizabeth Country Park, and if you can make it over the border into West Sussex we have Kingley Vale, with loads of riding between QECP, Kingley Vale and the South Downs Way...
