another giant trance x to monarch rt3 upgrade Thread

after reading almost all i found on the net about 'giant trance x4 2012' rear shock upgrade to a 'rockshox monarch rt3'
i think the only thing i managed to understand is that my current Giant rear shock is a 7.25 x 1.75 which is the same as
184x44mm, but i saw somewhere that 184x44mm is 7.24x1.73?(does it matter?)
beside that i saw there were many other parameters like the High/Med/Low compression tunes according to the leverage ratio,
and the volume etc.
and that i might need to get this? >> http://www.enduroforkseals.com/id275.html (is it a must?)
and this a guy that had this issue with his trance x4 2009: "bottom pin that attaches the suspension to the Maestro system won't go through the Monarch's bottom hole."
on the bottom line;what do i get?
I'm 65 k"g (143 pounds),i ride mostly in the city(stairs, sidewalks) but want to do trails too.
i have a 140 mm fork(so the leverage ratio probably defers from the factory specifications).
i mostly want the shock to feel comfortable(plush).
anyone with previous experience?

Phone TF Tuned. They will sort you out. The Monarch will fit on a Trance.
A better shock will make absolutely no difference for city riding.
Fitting a longer fork makes no difference to the leverage ratio.Transition Patrol - viewtopic.php?f=10017&t=130702350 -

you need a coil shock lol
the trance has an odd I2I size so an off the shelf shock will be difficult to find0 -
A coil wont fit on a Trance. There isnt enough room around the bottom mount.Transition Patrol - viewtopic.php?f=10017&t=130702350

and what about the out of the factory setting/tune,(not pushed)

ok i think i got it now while browsing some more on forums and reading more carefully, and i think i'll go with the medium,
but on the rockshox chart i didnt quit get what was the:"L3, M3, and H3 are progressive compression tunes."
and besides that about my weight, i read that for a light weight i might consider a High Volume Can, is it true? am i considered light weight(65k"g-143pounds)?0 -
If you phone TF Tuned they will tell you exactly what you need.Transition Patrol - viewtopic.php?f=10017&t=130702350

its weird but i can't find the monarch rt3 on "push" site,
i got this link: http://www.pushindustries.com/2009/inde ... duct_id=75
but when i try to find it on the menus , i cant.
anyway i sent an email to both 'push' and 'tf tuned' yesterday which wasn't answered yet.
(couldn't find the monarch rt3 on 'tf tuned' site too.)
and i'm not sure i want it 'Pushed' , i think i prefer it with out of the factory settings.0
