Been in Halfords to look at a boardman on sale at £850 young lad in shop told me to wait a few months because boardman are stopping making the 26ers and are sticking with the 29ers and the new 650b so the 26ers will drop even more in price any body else heard of this.

    Obviously the mtb pro.it is still good value and I would recommend it. Had one but it got pinched. Amazingly after a battle with insurance company got more than it cost back and got the carbon version. I would be inclined not to wait too long if it is what you want , noticed a distinct lack of boardman bikes in store.........if you go for one see if they would upgrade tyres from the very basic mountain king ( no harm in asking )
