Mavic Crosstrail hubs

Hi guys,
Recently bought a set of Mavic Crosstrail wheels to go on my Stumpy FSR to replace the DT Swiss ones.....
After waiting over 3 weeks, returning them once for not having both sets of adapters/ skewers etc i got them back yesterday only to find same again.....Chased it up with the shop only to be told that its a dedicated 15mm thro hub and mavic dont make adapters for it......I can return the wheels or exchange, but any costs are down to me... even tho their website specifically states that the wheels will come with F&R QRs, adapters and skewers.
2 questions:-
1. Is there a product out there that will allow me to adapt my front wheel for my Stumpy with its older style 9mm axle??
2. Any thoughts on who should be paying for this item, postage etc?? Are they legally bound to supply the parts advertised??
Cheers in advance

1 yes anything is possible. have a suitable axle made up.
2 did they supply the product as advertised."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

No, they said adapters, QR skewers would be included0

If they are not as advertised they have to pay the cost of return, but depends where you bought them.

This is one that they have not yet modified.... The wheelset used to state all of these items too.0 -
Sound bang to rights, they should be paying the return postage costs, clearly they weren't selling what they thought they were which is why they sent you another set in the first place!Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.0
