Cassette for Di2

Can a smaller ratio cassette be used with Di2 ?

    11-21 is the closest ratio cassette in da 7900 10-speed
    11-23 for da 9000 11-speed
    my bike - faster than god's and twice as shiny

    Cassette 11-28 at the moment!

    11-28 is the max the current Shimano Di2 can handle.

    Dont ever put a bigger cassette on it, it strips the rech mech apart. I know this from experience :(
