Interesting??? No, just poor, makes far too many assumptions and is discussing all sports, many of which do very little testing. Additionally, there is more to anti-doping measures than just testing.
What I do agree on though is there needs to be a change of direction in anti-doping and think the idea of teams submitting all their rider's data for assessment could be an option (but again costs and resources could impact this).Kev
