Best 29er Fork for Un-tapered Frame (9mmQR)

My mate wants to upgrade his forks on his Hardrock frame but trying to find forks that are un-tapered is proving pretty tricky. I've come across some Rebas which will be perfect but there seems to be no stock anywhere. What other forks are out there that would be suitable as I'm struggling to find any. His budget is around £300.
