Put new rim tape on, the hole came out of alignment when i put the last bit on. Any tips on how to re-align it? It's too tight to move by hand.

You can just take the rim tape off and realign...use a tyre lever to prise off the tape, it will stretch.WyndyMilla Massive Attack | Rourke 953 | Condor Italia 531 Pro | Boardman CX Pro | DT Swiss RR440 Tubeless Wheels

When putting it on, start at the hole and work round both sides at the same time. Should help ensure the hole stays in the right place.0

As per Keef66's suggestion - work around both sides at the same time - also, put a valve into the hole. The hole won't move then!
If it's stuff like Bike Ribbon, it can be a pain to keep it central and 100% covering all the nipple holes. Leaving even the slightest bit of a nipple hole uncovered can cause a tube to deflate very rapidly without warning some hours later and scare the life out of you. Apparently. According to someone I know.0 -

I never understood why people say don't use the nuts until I went to change a tyre on our tandem - the nut had corroded onto the valve stem. Took a lot of swearing and a hacksaw to remove it. If that sort of thing happens on the road, you're in trouble!0 -
