Help needed - crank trouble

Hi all
Breaking the bike up ready to sell and I'm having trouble getting the drive side crank arm off the spindle.
It's a truvativ power spline bottom bracket.
I've got the non drive side off dead easy, undid the 8mm Allen bolt and it slipped off easily. Drive side bolt has been removed but crank arm won't budge. I've sprayed it with penetrating fluid and am leaving it overnight but wondered if I'm missing a trick to get it off?

You need a crank extractor tool.0

Oh right so it won't come off with a bit of brute for then?
