New bike for commuting?

Hi,
I am currently commuting to work using a hardtail mountain bike which to be fair isn't a massive effort considering there's a few climbs and one particularly steep one. However I believe I can save time by purchasing a new commuting bike and was wondering whether this seems like a decent buy?

The fact that I can obtain this bike at around £350 might be swaying me somewhat. How do you think this bike will fare in the winter months?
I cover around 70 miles per week so not a great deal.
Thanks in advance.

Yeah the large isn't available but medium is what I'd be after anyway and they're available. Do you think this will hold up well to winter conditions?0

No worse than anything else really! All bikes need a bit of maintenance through the winter, and is important to get road salt off the parts quickly.
It should be light and fast, one of the better equipped bikes I have seen for the cash.0
