porridge before, plus toast or a fruity loaf if going out on a long one. then on bike, lots of liquid and jelly babies, fig rolls, fruit loaf/soreen even left over christmas cake! tends to be working for me, never taken a banana out yet as i would defo have to stop to eat that!enigma esprit

I'd probably have to stop for the left over Christmas cake too - and definately for the Christmas Pudding, so that I could pour the brandy over and light it - I find doing that on the move a bit dodgy...! :oops:0
