Racing outside of home Region

Sorry if this has been posted before. I did a search but couldn't find the answer.
I was just wondering if there are restrictions on entering road and circuit races outside of your home region.
I'm registered as being in the South-West but do spend a bit of time in the South-East as well. I've really enjoyed my first year of racing on the local circuits but have my eye on a few races in the South-East.
Am I allowed to race in these, if they're classed as Regional Races? If so, are there any restrictions, such as that myself or my club wouldn't be able to collect points off the back of them.

No restrictions, and you would collect points, although your club wouldn't. The majority of races in South East are either Surrey League or SERRL and you would possibly need to affiliate to these in order to get priority entry.0
