Still photo from gopro footage possible?

Hi, I have tried movie maker and gopro cineform and I can't find an option to save a still from the 1080p footage.....is this possible? Any instructions would be welcome!

    I did it on my home computer using some video editing software on that, can't remember what it's called but I'll check tonight and let you know.

    Just checked, you can grab stills if you use Videopad Video Editor - that's what I used for the above.

    Most media players will allow you to grab a still from a video.
    I've added a signature to prove it is still possible.
