Hi,
I have a Giant Defy Composite 1, it has a 6700 Ultegra crankset (Hollowtech II) and a SM-BB71-41 bottom braket. the bottom bracket has started clicking and knocking after around just 400 miles. So i have come to the conclusion that the plastic push fit SM-BB71-41's are probably cack and not really worth bothering with.
Can anyone recommend a press fit bearing that I can use as a replacement that will be compatible with my 6700 Ultegra crankset ?

Loads do them now - Enduro, Chris King, KCNC, Hope. I run the Enduros ceramics but to be fair, the Shimano ones last pretty well.Facts are meaningless, you can use facts to prove anything that's remotely true! - Homer0
