Grease

Looking at having a pop at rebuilding my old bike which I used as a donor to my new shiney bike.

This is my first attempt at a rebuild but was interested in what grease people use for the BB and Wheel bearings (I also noticed a paste like compound on my free hub, im assuming to stop the cassette sticking over time?? what is this??)

Any advice would be appriciated. :P

    Moly for moving parts, copperslip for non moving (also known as anti seize compound). Its slightly abrasive so a no - no for moving parts.

    Both available anywhere.
