    I used a latex foam spray sealant yesterday (goes into the tube) to fix a tyre. It's holding up today and unless I experience a problem soon I'm a full convert.
    Steps: -
    1 - a bit of air into tyre to listen for puncture
    2 - identify puncture, pull glass shard out
    3 -connect can up, spray.
    4 - hook up pump and add in a bit more air
    5 - cycle home, knowing you're protected against punctures for several months

    Just so quick and easy.
