integrated headset pinarello problems

Hi,
I was wondering if anyone knows what headset will for a 2005 Pinarello Agliru.
I bought this second hand. The seller said that they had tried putting new bearings in but they bought the wrong ones... therefore there was movement in the headset.
I bought the bike anyway cos I could split it and make the money back if all else fails.
Anyway,
The sealed bearings in the headset have no writing on them, so I don't know what size the wrong ones are..... this also means I don't know what size the right ones are!!
The headset is integrated.
I have seen headsets on crc for 13 quid which say they are 45 x 45 Campagnolo type. I don't want to buy the wrong headset so was hoping someone might be able to advise me.
