champs elsees rough arrival time

What time should the riders arrive on the champs elsees ?

Im in paris for the finish but not sure what time to head over there.

    I'd go early in your case since you have to get back from that elsees place you are planning on going to!

    The timetable laid out in the official programme has the arrival at the start of the final circuit as 19.51 based on the fastest schedule. They then do 10 laps of the circuit with the finish quoted as 21.35. All times are CET.

    The caravan is roughly two hours earlier
