    I had a few problems dealing with their UK warranty guy when my Kharma cracked but got a 'crash replacement' and upgraded to a Kebel in 2011. I must say 2 years on and the frame is still almost immaculate. Kuota paint finish on the frame is top drawer. It's also a great bike to ride.
