ITB Syndrome and cleat widge bikefit

Let me know if the wedges yellow bikefit for pedals look uprights can be in two different ways ... with the thickness inwards or outwards with the thickness of the shoe and as they go uprights in the presence of an ITB syndrome

    That would have made more sense in Klingon - but yes, the yellow shims can go to the inside or outside of the foot, also what may help is something like specializeds body geometry shoes - if that wasnt the question then the answer is 7.
