Ah! I have a bit to do with "external" insulation panels (steel sandwich cladding) but not this stuff - I do know you have to be careful with condensation sometimes if insulating from the inside so perhaps a good idea to seek professional advice - sorry I can't be of more help.Wilier Izoard XP0 -

I needed some compressed rockwool type of insulation boards earlier this year for a warm roof installation on an extension.Sheffield Insulation quoted somewhere around £1500 for 33 square metres! Luckily a factory that I do work for had some leftover in their yard and let me have them for free.Maybe polystyrene sheets as a cheap alternative?0
