Cannondale Flash 29ER Alloy 2 – 2012

Hi all!

I have just order a Cannondale Flash 29ER Alloy 2 – 2012 (for an excellent price), however there are some components that I can and will change.

In such way, does anyone that has the same bike has any recommendations of which components should I change first and why?

Also it seems I can’t find the bike’s weight anywhere… does anyone have a clue?
