    Chris avoids eating anything with wheat in it — no bread and pasta.

    That goes against the old-school policy of carb-overloading with bowls and bowls of pasta the day before a race.

    It is because, during the race when he has his energy gel, he wants to feel its benefit. If he is loading up on high-sugar carbs he does not feel the gel so much.

    It is something that Team Sky have got right — they are always trying to find new practices.

    No. The first two British riders were born in Belgium and Kenya. My Great Grandfather was born on a ship in the middle of the Atlantic - he was still Irish though.
    You only need two tools: WD40 and Duck Tape.
    If it doesn't move and should, use the WD40.
