Shifter Problem
The Silver Surfer

Hello, I'm looking for some advice.
I'm using Sram x9 on a 2x9 set up. The paddle started not working when trying to shift up the gears, then it started just clicking. I thought the cable had burst but then it all started working fine again. This happened a couple of times.
Has anyone any idea what's wrong with it? I've pulled shifters apart before and they always ended up in the bucket :-(
Cheers

By up do you mean up or down? To the smaller cogs is up.I don't do smileys.

Checkout out sram website for downloadable pdf. If it is something simple like lubrication top cap unscrews and it won't fall apart.0
