new to road biking

hi everyone can anyone help me out please.

been offered a Giant OCR 2 i think its a 2006 model with Tiagrga break leavers, and rear derallea. Sora front mec, tekpro brakes for £170.

any good ?

    if it doesn't fit you....or is worn out, or bent or damaged then no !
    if it fits, functions fine, isn't worn out and not damaged then yes !
