    I'll ask the obvious question.

Why is there a massive pot hole just before the finish line?

I was wondering the same. Probably because they don't have as much money to fix all the roads for women's cycling? Poor excuse, but that's likely why.

Can you imagine Cavs reaction post race if that happened to him?
You only need two tools: WD40 and Duck Tape.
If it doesn't move and should, use the WD40.
If it shouldn't move and does, use the tape.

Might be an Italian thing, I seem to remember in the Giro a pothole being filled at the finish while a stage was in progress

    Skillz.

Possibly a slight ramp/tarmac seam. Hard to see what she hits as the spudcam footage pixellates at that precise moment.

It was not a pothole, if you look at the slomo you can see its a dip in the road which she hit at angle during sprint, riding normal at steady pace would not normally be a problem, she did well to hold it up.
