Hi guys, Any help as to why I can't make topics in the classifieds sections?

I've joined the user group so not sure why I can't. Cheers.

I did read the rules and I did do as the rules said. My brother has the same problem and also followed the rules. Maybe it's an issues with using a mobile device?

Yes. Brother did the same thing and still didn't work correctly.
