I have a standard force compact on my planet x. I'm a good light climber but rely on high cadance. Any tips on if I need to change?

I'm confused, do you have a standard or a compact
I have an 11-28 compact and find it spins me up most things and don't find the large range an issue, although the south downs probably doesn't compare lolhttp://app.strava.com/athletes/686217
Come on! You call this a storm? Blow, you son of a bitch! Blow! It's time for a showdown! You and me! I'm right here! Come and get me!0 -
Eh?
It's a bike ride, why would you need to change anything?0 -

One of those questions that only you can answer. How would anyone else know what gears you would need? Paticularly as you haven't even said what gears you have currently.0 -
I'm planning to do in with 50/34 x 11-28. If you rely on high cadence you might be better off with a triple or a bigger cassette. I'm not a fast climber but I'm working on it.
Those hills behind me on my pic are toward the Northern part of the route.I used to just ride my bike to work but now I find myself going out looking for bigger and bigger hills.0 -
The climbs are pretty big, probably topping out in a couple of places at about 17%. The worst thing about it though is that they're all packed together and they are relentless. By the time you've hit two or three of them the power will be leaving your legs and you'll welcome a high cadence.
Gearing is a personal thing though and depends very much on yourself, your abilities, and your build.0
