    I'm surprised riders take water (and beer) from fans. With cycling's dodgy history of underhand tactics I'm surprised no-one has ever tried to spike a rider's drink in an attempt to make them fail a doping test.

    You only need two tools: WD40 and Duck Tape.
    If it doesn't move and should, use the WD40.
    If it shouldn't move and does, use the tape.
