Canyon frame swap?

I have a canyon roadlite and all this tdf talk i was thinking of getting a carbon frame. Could i go out and buy a canyon frame and just transplant all the sram apex stuff across? wheels as well, brakes and drivechain??

Really do fancy the tdf carbon.

    Yes - it'll all go across no problem at all.

    Stick the frame on one workstand, the old bike on a turbo and transfer bits across one at a time - you'll see how they go on and it'll be a piece of cake.

    If you haven't done one before, 3/4 hours, if you have then 2.

    Remember the torque wrench, copperslip and carbon paste.
