I am doing Rat Race's Coast to Coast Scotland in September and I have a 2009 Rockhopper Pro, from the reports of the paths for the biking are best suited for cyclocross bikes rather than XC MTB and I wanted advice, should I change the tyres or the full wheels. The specs are below... Thanks for your help! B

I wouldn't change a thing - they are already fairly light, fast rolling tyres.0

CX wheels might be even heavier."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

If not running tubeless, do it as it'll make a huge difference to rolling resistance.Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..0
