Spesch Allez Elite Headset

My LBS says i could do with a new Headset. Now the Spesch Headset's are intergrated, having done some searching i have found that people have used Crane Creek Headset's. Can anyone confirm that these do fit a Allez Elite? and how difficult are they to fit? Or is it a job for the LBS?

    Spesh head tubes are compatible with integrated headsets but they are often fitted with Mindset headsets OEM - the details and links to solutions/options are all in this recent thread which links back to previous ones on the same topic.
