Recommended brake for all mountain bike

I am currently using shimano xt m785 brakes. I want to change it because I had several problems on the rear break. I've changed the caliper twice rebleed several times however the lever still feels spongy and it doesn't bit as much, even with new break pads.

What are you thoughts about these following brakes:
1. Shimano Saint m820
2. Formula T1
3. Avid Code
4. avid XO trail

How durable and reliable are those brakes that I mentioned above?

I mainly do enduro/all mountain riding, lots of technical downhill and climb.

    You've gotta be doing something very wrong as they are imo the best brakes on the market for both value, performance and reliability on the market. The avids you mention have a shocking reliability record, and the formulas, whilst good, have a funny lever shape and eat brake pads like there's no tomorrow.

    Saints will be massively overkill for you needs. I go to uni with a few BDS DH guys and they use Xt's, they are more than powerful enough for AM use, I've got two sets and other than the occasional squeal, they have been faultless.

    What size rotors are you currently using and who did the "work" on them? You or a LBS?

    Faulty lever/reservoir/bleed port/piston/seals?

    Both those Avids are rubbish. The Saints are very good but Zee's are just as good a lot cheaper and only 60 grammes per pair heavier.

    The only fault you get at a calliper is sticking or leaking, as it was doing neither it's either poor maintenance, setting up or a lever issue.

    First step, compare the size of the gap (visually) between pad and disc at front and rear (inner and outer pad) anything obvious?
    Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.
