have just seen a specialized tarmac frame for sale. looks the part other than a split in the fork steerer.
now I have only been cycling 9 months... is this easy to fix?
if so then I will get it

    Get a new set of forks. Deduct the appropriate amount from the asking price.

    I would not trust a repaired fork steerer.
    Yellow is the new Black.
