Subway 2 pannier racks

Hi, could anyone recommend a rear pannier rack that fits the Carrera Subway 2. I was sold one by a Halfords monkey who assured me that it 'would definitely fit'. It was the BikeHut brand and is totally useless, it doesn't fit at all. Any recommendations for front rack too?

You'll need a disc rack, something like this would do your job.

I've got this bike and am trying to find a front rack that will fit the disc brakes.
does anyone have any recommendations?
Thanks0 -
If you have fixing points on the rear dropouts, the Topeak racks are good. Eg.

This one has its special fixing for their own rackpacks but any bags should fit. I have their disc specific mountain rack on my sons bike and it fits fine.0 -
Thanks mrfpb, but it's a front rack that i'm after.0

How am I highjacking this one by asking a simple question?0 -

I was replying to the OP. He wants a rear rack.0 -
I have Blackburn on the rear of my disc braked commuter, you may want longer bolts than Blackburn supply though as they are a bit short into the dropout.Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.0
