When I stand on hills and put the power down my bike makes a creaking sound. It's a bianchi Sempre with fulcrum quattros.... It doesn't seem to do it when app standing with little power going through it.....

Try putting some dry lube on the touching surfaces of your cleats and pedals. If that doesn't sort it, then the search begins.

There are loads of possible reasons, but one very simple thing to try is greasing your QRs at the springs, and where they clamp against the frame.

I had a terrible creak that only occurred when I put power down, or when climbing out the saddle. Tried all sorts of things, including greasing QR / springs, pedal / cleat interface etc. Finally removed my bottom bracket (ultegra) , cleaned everything out and regreased. Once it was re-installed and torqued to spec it no longer makes any noise. It's only done a couple of rides since then though - may be worth a look if the suggestions above don't help you.
