Done a search and can't find anything on this so thought someone on here may be able to answer the question...

When ordering to a home address from leisure lake bikes, do their bikes come fully assembled?
If not, and you ordered to a store, would it then be assembled?

Many thanks in advance

    Obviously...
They aren't answering the phone, and it takes up to 48 hours to get a response via e-mail.

If ordered to your home(in the UK) the bike comes built and ready to ride except for the pedals being fitted and the handlebars need straightening. If you order for ship to store there is nothing to do, the bike is ready to ride and the staff will help you set the suspension up if you need it.

I'd be hesitant if a company doesn't answer the phone or takes ages to reply to emails if you're trying to buy a bike.

Obscure Cannondale bits for the Rize
Frame replacement under warranty for the Ramones
Put a size L Voltage together on a Sunday just so I could compare it against the size S they had in stock

LL Bury let me use their staff toilets when I was bursting for a slash.

That'll do me. I didn't buy anything either (that visit).

Just what I was thinking. I wouldn't part with cash at a shop that takes 48 hours to answer an email from a potential customer, they obviously don't want the custom that much.

Which Leisure Lakes? I've found the Notts/Derby one great to deal with. Answered the phone quickly when I called today. Lots of staff around to help when I've popped in
