Tacx trainer metallic grinding noise

Got my turbo out this afternoon as thought it seemed a good idea to clear the garage.....

set up the turbo and put the bike on it and when the magnet spins there is this horrendous metallic grinding noise of the magnet rubbing against part of the mount.
has anyone experienced any problems like this before with tacx trainers?

Any ideas how to sort it?
