Dawes Something?

As some of you might know from my previous posts Im currently laid up with a broken hip after a bike accident and have been looking for a project to pass the time.
I came across this on Ebay just a mile away form where I live and a decent price.
The seller doesn't know much about it apart from it's a Dawes.
Does anyone on here have any ideas as to what it could be? It's not the original paint which was a mint green.
