Good effort, must've switched off it after Turkey. Couldn't hold on to the bus in most races after.

Any news about Junya Sano? His lack of racing is a bit worrying.

    Hahahaha!

Time to close that disgraceful race down.

    Marcel Kittel wins.

The Cycling News forum probably is. They thought it was very unfair for the likes of Marcel Kittel to point fingers at him.

Hilarious, I was only looking at the weekend to see if he's been busted yet. What a muppet.

That's him, rode away from the entire peloton in the big ring, no sprinting just pedalled off.

It was a bit funny. At least now that he's been busted.

In the interests of fairness and balance, not to mention full disclosure, I made a half hearted defence of him on the basis that though it looked a bit mad it might not have been.

    Turns out it was.

    Cest la vie.

Was that the stage that Big Maggie was commentating and more or less saying it was an unbelievable performance as it was happening?

Isn't that how Froome does it? :P

Lame enough to grab my coat... Seriously though, they'll likely dope Mirac Kal next year to win the Tour of Turkey for another couple of months.

From what I gather, all 4 of Turkish riders that raced in the Tour of Turkey have tested positive since. Only Sayar been announced so far - others to follow shortly.

2012 Gabrovski, 2013 Sayer - maybe next year don't invite that team.

Why would they want to do that, the Tour de France is on and we're talking about the Tour of Turkey, I wouldn't put it past the organisers to do it on purpose, there's no mud on them, just the crazy cheating locals.

Next year it will be a proper freak show. The P. T. Barnham Presidential Tour of Turkey
