Wait for Specialized Sirrus Hybrids 2014?

Ive recently got back out on my old Sarazen 1997! MTB and i'm really enjoying being out and about again but i only do around 20 miles once a week, but looking to do a bit more and start using my bike to comute.
Having looked at various forums and bike shops i like the look of the Specialized Sirrus Sport 2013 which i can get for £449.99 or the Boardman Comp Hybrid also i can get for £449.99. I know the comp has better specs but i'm 6'3 and worried that the Large 21" will be to small where Sirrus has an XL frame.
Does anybody here have either model and give some advice, not many reviews or youtube videos for the Sirrus Sport. Also is it worth waiting for the new models to come out judging that i'm already getting £50 off the current price.

Where ever you are buying these bikes from should be ensuring you get the correct size frame and fit. You cannot do this on an internet forum.Life is like a roll of toilet paper; long and useful, but always ends at the wrong moment. Anon.
