    Very sad, both this and the one in London.
    it seems that most of the cycling deaths I read about are in London or Scotland. I can see why London would have a high accident rate due to density of population. But does Scotland have a higher rate than the rest of the country? Or are accidents in Scotland and London reported more? Or is it my imagination? Probably the latter
    Anyway. RIP to both and condolences to all that knew them.

    London ones are probably highlighted more due to the proportion of riders on here.
    Scotland maybe gets skewed as we are a "wee" Country we tend tend to report on it as a whole.

    I tried to find a direct comparison on figures but failed. :(

    London is the worst closely followed by the SE, even taking population into account. PS - It makes for scary reading. :shock: :(
