Jupiter Bike?

Hi everyone,
I'm new here so not sure if this is where I should be asking this question.
I visited a local bike dealer today and told him i wanted a hybrid bike and that I was a beginner. He recommended a make called Jupiter. The model was a Tuscan.
Has anyone heard of this make before and are they any good? I tried to get some info about them online but there isnt any.
