All depends on the wind.
Riders really suffer on it though. Regardless of the quality of racing. It is one of the few modern climbs that still hold somemmythical other worldly status in my mind.0 -

We did the Cingles in 2010 and I went back and got my daughter up on the back of my bike last year, the climb and town of Bedoin is such a special place - you have to go there to experience it, and know what I really mean.
Tomorrow is going to be something else, I really fancy it to be a Conty/Froome show down, with Froome being the first British winner on le geant, I think he really really wants this stage, and nobody who can climb will be allowed much time in a break.
Wish I was there.http://www.snookcycling.wordpress.com - Reports on Cingles du Mont Ventoux, Alpe D'Huez, Galibier, Izoard, Tourmalet, Paris-Roubaix Sportive & Tour of Flanders Sportive, Amstel Gold Xperience, Vosges, C2C, WOTR routes....0
