Probably the best weather we've had in a million years and i've got a fractured rib from my spill at Hamsterley,section 13 aptly named. Bit of light riding along the cycle path but no tracks or trails for a while hope i'm ok for the beginning of August when i'm off work. Whinge over lol.

Man up and ride. Two weeks off the bike at most, I have found ribs heal fairly quickly.

I've only cracked ribs never fully broken them, but they were ridable after a few weeks. They'll be a bit sore but at least I could ride my bike again.
