New Forest Trail suggestions?

Anyone know of any decent trails in the new forest? I'm fairly new to the MTB side of cycling (I'm a Roadie ;))
Not looking or anything too challenging just yet but i dont want a boring thats flat with nothing to get the adrenaline going.

    New forest is mainly flats sections and fire roads so not challenging at all, we ride the forest when too wet to ride anywhere else. You dont need to go to the New Forest to do mtb there are trails around Winchester (Farley Mount), lots of xc on hampshires cycle route website and why not try Lords wood plenty of trails there although not official, or you could travel to swinley forest and do the blue route
