Have you ever ridden one? They are truely aweful to ride. I managed to get a test ride on one (the top spec version) before buying my Scalp and I can honestly say it's the worst downhill bike I have ever ridden, it makes Kona Stinky's feel like world cup DH race bikes.
To be fair it pedals well but the suspension has no small bump sensitivity, it blows through the travel in big compressions but doesn't move when rattling through roots and rocks. I tried tweaking shock settings but couldn't get it to work.
The geometry isn't right either, it feels twitchy. I'm not sure if it's a high BB or steep head angle but what ever it is it doesn't work.
If someone gave me one I would complain. It's that bad.
I don't think Mongoose sold many, I haven't seen one in a very long time.

Have you rode that 2010 Foreman? HA is 65.5 degrees, so an angleset will drop that and the BB if you want more stability. Most erviews I have seen have been positive, but is no DH race bike.

It would have been a 2010 or 2011. No angleset is going to fix that thing. The rear suspension just doesn't work.
Some bikes are just sh1t and no amount of money spent on them will fix them.

Unless the shock is borked. The BR review wasn't positive, but many like the suspension when set up. I am a fan of the freedrive sytem. If you tested the BootR with a Van R and 210mm then they do have probs, but the PinnR seems to work much better.

And then theres the idea of a downhill bike with Juicy 3 brakes. Makes me sad just thinking about it.
