Bardet and Millar (and Europcar DS) are writing articles on l`equipe through the Tour. Millar is always a good writer and here is his piece on yesterday.

The interesting thing is that Garmin came out with a plan to attack from the gun and they did that to perfection. Proper old-school racing. Massive respect to them for that.
In the same article he writes this:
Il faut un sacré tempérament pour regarder les chiffres de son capteur de puissance pendant la course. Bradley Wiggins était capable de le faire. Il était un robot, capable de rester calme quel que soit le contexte. S’il est au bord de la zone rouge, Bradley va contrôler, ralentir un tout petit peu, il ne panique pas. D’autres coureurs, comme Contador ou Evans, cachent les données avec une bande adhésive. Comme ça, ils peuvent continuer l’effort même s’ils ont au-dessus de leurs limites.
